Returns and Refunds

At LarasLoveBox we want you to be delighted with your purchase, that's why we have a simple no fuss view on returns.

If for any reason at all you are not completely and 100% delighted with your purchase you may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for alternative items or a refund.

For reasons of hygiene it is important that you do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we are unable to exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 days starting the day after delivery. No questions asked, although we always appreciate customers letting us know why they are returning an item so we can improve the range of products we carry for you and all our customers.

Faulty Items

On rare occassions the batteries included with an item may be faulty or installed incorrectly. Please check by replacing with a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly before returning such items.

If the product is defective we will gladly provide you with a replacement or a refund.  Please return it with its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 14 days including a covering letter detailing exactly what the fault is. Goods can be exchanged or refunded for up to 14 days of any defect with a product. After 14 days an exchange will only be available. All returned products are fully tested by our retruns team and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working or in an unacceptable condition. The return cost for recorded delivery and handling is £3.99.  Please ensure you have cleaned the items before returning.

Clothing

Health and Hygiene restricts what we can and cant do in respect to returning items of Lingerie.

If you do try any clothing on and it is not quite right or it is not what you expected please return the item in the condition you received it and we will refund or exchange the item for you.

If a product is returned and is found to have been excessively handled and not in the pristine new condition we sent it in then health and hygiene restricts us from offering an exchange or refund and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Personal items cannot be exchanged or refunded such as items with a crotch area.

Time Scales

Any refunds or exchanges are dealt with on the day we receive your return - Guaranteed. We want you to be delighted, if not with the product this time then with the way we handle your return.

Returning an Item

No exchanges can be given until the product(s) are returned. We advise you to send returns using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.

Other returns must be returned to the below address, where the item will be inspected by our team to ensure our below return conditions are met before a replacement or refund is issued.

We accept returns on all of our items, but due to the health and hygiene implications with our product ranges the following terms must be met:

1) The goods must be unused.

2) The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3) Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4) Items that are supplied in sealed packaging and have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5) The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.

6) Lingerie and items of underwear are non refundable and non exchangeable.

7) DVDs, books and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we have reason to believe that returned goods have been used or if any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you and redelivery charges may apply (any such charges would be notified before any such action is taken)
