Q - Will my credit card statement show that I purchased from Laras Love Box?
A - No it will not, we take discretion very seriously and your statement will show your purchase as from LLB Trading Ltd.

Q - Will my goods be discretely packaged & posted?
A - Yes, we take privacy very seriously and your goods will always be packaged in a plain unmarked brown box, only you will know what is inside and where it came from.

Q - Can I track my order?
A - Yes, in the unlikely event your delivery is taking longer than expected we can track it for you or we can give you the tracking details you would require if you prefer.

Q - Can I return a clothing item if it does not fit?
A - Yes you can as long as certain terms are met, see our Returns & Refunds page for further information.

Q - Can I return a purchase if it is faulty?
A - Yes you can, see our Returns & Refunds page for further information.

Q - Can you advise regarding sizing for your clothing ranges?

Q - How do I pay for my goods?
A - We take the majority of major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Barclaycard business merchant services, simply add the items to your Cart and follow the checkout proceedure.

Q - Do you accept paypal?
A - Yes we can but only for some items, however due to PayPal's terms and conditions regarding the sale of adult goods we choose not to offer this as a default payment option on the site, however should you wish to use paypal please email us stating the items you wish to purchase and we will advise if we can accept the order.

Q - Do you have a home party plan?
